Military Tradition / War Mobilization / Diplomacy Screen / Aircraft Carrier

Actually I did. I witnessed a Persians aircraft carrier escorted with a battleship at the same square. By the way, did any of you tried precision bombing? In my case, it seems that cursor only selects my OWN CITIES for precision bombing!!!

    I spy you Spy

I think it has nothing to do with power nor level. I was the most advanced and powerful civ in my game with 11 others on a huge map. America was in war with almost every country and was totally diminished to a single city of size 5. I tried to plant a spy there. After 5 unsuccessful tries, AI...

    Revisiting the Maginot Line

I didn't mean to be a part of CIV. I used "Reality" for the logical pattern that commands the CIV system. If it comes closer to our everyday vision, we can merely be apt to rule it. This means a better AI that you can communicate with your own terms, not with a simple computer language. Of...

    Revisiting the Maginot Line

OK Ironfang, it is an option to accept CIV as a game that creates its own (alternative) reality and rules to practice "pure" strategy (such as chess, etc.). But it is fun for me as it becomes closer to be a perfect simulation of the actual reality. In that sense, if something comes "illogical"...

    Post short tips here!

Also rubber does not ever run out. Other strategic resources run out according to a disappearance probability ratio and totally RANDOM. Not depending on whether you use it or not. You can check it at the editor, Rules, Natural Resources tab (Read help for disappearance probability).
