Governments of opponents

Is there a way to tell which government types that rivals are currently running? (Other than "Investigate City" option)

Took a while for me to figure out as well .

For example you can check with the Military advisor (F3). On the left side of the Screen you see your military on the right side you see one opponents military. The headline of this colum reads like:
"The Army of Babylonian Despotism" or "The Army of Roman republic". By clicking on that colum you can change what civ is shown and theirfor can see all opponents forms of Goverment.
