  • How would it be?

God is all-powerful, the Universe is not, therefore God could have always been there, since his very properties necessitate this.

I don't expect this to convince you. You can believe there is no God (Is this what you would tend to believe?) but ultimately I am convinced of God because of my own experience.
Then how did those processes start?

Ultimately, you can't explain it. Thus, ultimately, a God of some sort makes most sense.
That's true, since we know the moon causes that. But the rest of his argument is somewhat valid. How did the moon get there?
Well it will be back eventually, but not just yet. Kanaya stays until I get bored with her. :splat:
What's the obsession with spelling "racist" with two 'S's? Is is some sort of crack against ignorant people?
My computer recently went down. not long after Christmas, so I've had a long spell away from the Internet. Easing back in can be quite intimidating. :)
Thread prolly got deleted. I test all the links in my sig before I change it, and it worked originally.
Meh. How old the Earth is or precisely how it came into being isn't very important to my faith, so I don't like to debate it too much. Add onto that that I am not very good at understanding Science.

What IS important is that Adam sinned, and thus passed his Sin down to his progeny, and so we need Christ's forgiveness. If someone believes this, yet believes the first 6 days were actually millions of years of Evolution, I don't really care that much. And do I know absolutely that that's not how it happened? No. But I don't choose to accept it.
