Original Description/Intro:
^It's December 7, 1941 a peaceful morning in Pearl Harbor. The conflict, until now confined
to Europe and North Africa, is about to spread like wildfire through the Far East announcing
that World War II has taken its place in History...
^
^OBJECT: The Germans (protagonists) must capture and hold on to target cities in Europe, Africa
and the USSR to win. Japanese are considered winners if Germans win, although they can only "help"
by damaging Allied resources. The Allies must "liberate" Europe to win.
^
^STRATEGY:
^ Germans: Pushing East and South, they have the best weaponry in the world.
^ British: A sprawling colonial empire gives you "a finger in every pot".
^ Americans: Your economic might is the key, you are the "Arsenal of Democracy".
^ Japanese: Militaristic and well prepared, but resources are limited...
^ Soviets: Give land-for-time, and try to weather the Teutonic storm.
^ Chinese: Massive numbers may stand up to modern weapons. (Not recommended)
^ Neutrals: Let's try to stay out of this mess! (Not recommended)
^
^^SPECIAL NOTES
^No technologies may be acquired by conquest or exchange.
^Negotiations are not permitted.
^Government switching is not permitted.
