Hi all 
This is my first civ3 contribution and my first experience with FLC editing. Don't know how much use it'll be. In the original fireworks that play over a city during We Love the King Day, there is this large gap between the fireworks explosions. Now it is a continuous loop. I think it's a lot easier to see which cities are celebrating without having to wait.
