This scenario is based off of one in Civilization III, but I cannot remember what is called.
You can play as one of sixteen civilizations, each on an island that can barely hold two cities. Each island has five land resources and three sea resources - they are not balanced (one civ doesn't have just mineral resources, one civ doesn't have just luxury resources, etc.). As the game progresses, you will need more land, space is scarce. You can either conquer your neighbors or journey into the sea in search of a giant island. But is this island a paradise or a barbaric land*? Only one way to find out...
*I hope you can tell by the title.
