Supports Rise and Fall expansion & Vanilla

[Traits]
The loose cannon:
All units receive +5 additional Strength. Gain +1 free Great General points per turn.

Heavy Industry:
Each city can build one more district than usual (exceeding the normal limit based on population).

[Unique Units]
Pow-Pow Gunner:
Replaces Machine gun.
Has higher Combat Strength as well as higher Movement and +1 additional Attack Range.

Fishbones Rocket:
Replaces Rocket Artillery.
Has higher Combat Strength, Bombard Strength as well as higher Movement and +1 additional Attack Range.

[Unique Building]
Arsenal of Deadly Weapons:
A building in place for Encampment.
Available at Mobilization civic. Provides +6 Production, +2 Faith, +2 Culture.

[Agenda]
Violence Lover:
Tries to declare war on other Civilizations. She likes warmongers. Dislikes peaceful Civilizations.

Thanks for making and posting these League civs!

They're awesome, but have you thought about making the UUs and UBs less tied to the chosen leader's identity? Something more suitable for the Civilization itself. You could still add the original uniques to the leader the way that Victoria gains access to Red Coats when she researches Military science, while the English UU is still the Sea Dog.

This is an awesome Jinx Civilization, but I feel like Zaun should have more involving Chemtech and Black Markets. Unbridled research and development could lead to high yields, but maybe with some kind of drawback.
