Discovery Lens 1.1.1

Show lens when naval units are selected so it's easier to find discoveries in exploration age.

Update to work with official 1.1.0 update

Correct localization file path. Might be the final update before next official update

* Add localizations for "Discovery". Thanks @Webrok for Russian translation.
* Listen to UnitSelectionEvent instead and resolve order issue by setTimeout.
* Remove intermediate module folder to resolve potential mod detection issue.

Minor fix for Jaguar slayer

Make the mod compatible with other mods. Able to provide the lens and unit selection functionality without overriding any files.
