Fall from Heaven II 2016-10-05

A mod so good, that it could have been a game in its own right.

Fall From Heaven II is undoubtedly one of the best Civ IV mods that I have ever played (mostly because it runs fine on a toaster).

The fantasy setting is a pleasant change from vanilla, the music is excellent and the lore is well written.

Although it lacks the depth of its modmods (which is to be expected of course)((mainly Fall Further and Rise from Erebus - although Wildmana and its sequel are quite good and I hear good things of Magisters Modmod)) it is still throughly enjoyable and most certainly recommendable.

Tried to download 0.23. file interrupted.

tried to download again, I get a brief hourglass, then nothing happens.

I have downloaded the mod but when I load the game , it allows me to choose my civ and set the game up but then it crashes when I try to play it. :confused:

A new version is uploaded today, 015. Be sure to check out the changelog to see everything that has changed.

It's almost like an entirely different game, loading this up.
And gods damn it, it's got me hooked.

Now off to see if I can defeat that annoying dragon before it eats more of my armies.

I can't get GameFlood to install the mod. It downloads the mod, tells me it installed but nothing is actually installed in the BTS mod folder. I tried to re-download the mod but the GameFlood app doesn't let me.

Where can I download the mod installer without having to use the intrusive and suspect GameFlood middle-ware?

why cant i build cities only settlements??

I have downloaded 2 times, Fallfromheaven2015b with the same message... :confused:

I love CIV and I've been playing it for years. I haven't played a vanilla game since I've downloaded this mod. I can tell you guys did a lot lot lot of work on this.

i just want to know if there is anyway of speeding up the time between turns, even starting from scratch im confronted with almost 15-20 sec per turn, took me 2 hours to get 3 cities, frustrating and time consuming

does thing work without any expansions?

I think i have been away or too long. Where can i get FFH2 for warlords? There is a lot of patches and versions now. Im confused

2 032 doesn't work in vista. It gets an error that says "GFC Error: failed to initialize the primary control theme when initializing the engine. :( Any ideas? I LOVED FFH2.023 and I really want to play this new version.

For a variety of reasons, even if I try to download the ~250Mbs I cannot. :confused: :mad: :eek:

Is there anyway to get I without downloading?
