Founder Unit Lens Fix 2.0

This is still compatible with game update 1.2.0 and doesn't need a new version.

Completely rewritten with a new approach. Instead of adding missing features to the founder lens, this now links the settler lens to the Founder unit and completely ignores the founder lens. When selecting the Founder, you get the settler lens, with all the features the settler has as well. The previous version of the mod still missed the tooltips from the settlement recommendation and the flooding/eruption warnings. No longer!

Included two extra layers that are active on settlers as well: civilization borders and flooding/volcano warnings.
