This graphic replaces the UGLY square boxes put *everywhere* by the game when you click on an air unit with a softer alpha'd circle... looks much better IMO, and makes it easier to see what is on the GROUND when you're navigating your aircraft around. 
install into the assets\art\terrain\plottextures\ folder to replace the original plottexture.dds.
