An apocalyptic Judge Dredd themed modpack with cool graphics by Michael D. McCart.
Mod files rescued from Apolyton backups and repacked in 7zip by Blake. Successfully tested in Civ2 MGE. Also there was no Title.gif so Blake added one for fun.

To use this modification package, back
up your original files, that you are
replacing, from your CIVII directory and
replace with the above or use the
excellent CIV2 ModPack Manager.
Feel Free to update as needed, but please
send me your updated files for my veiwing
enjoyment, or any CIV II graphics you
care to share.
