About:
A classic total conversion modpack that reverses all colours like a film negative by themattman32.
Mod files rescued from Apolyton backups and repacked in 7zip by Blake. Successfully tested in Civ2 MGE. Also there was no Title.gif so Blake added one for fun.

Original Description/Intro:
This MOD is the negitive image of Civ 2's basic cities.gif,
city.gif, icons.gif,people.gif, terrian1.gif, terrian2.gif,
and units.gif. If you don't have Civ 2's MOD Manager, get
it, its a pain in the butt to copy, and move all these files
around. Enjoy!!
