A German language Colonization era scenario focused on pirates in the Caribbean by Stephan Otto.
Mod files downloaded from Web Archive backups and repacked in 7zip by Blake. Successfully tested in Civ2 MGE. Also there was no Title.gif so Blake added one for fun from Stephan's website. No English version sadly so this could use a translation by someone if people like it!
