• Fixed art define errors that were preventing Charizard, Exeggutor, and Gyarados from using their Tomayan-specific textures when played in conjunction with The Alola Region and The Kanto Region leader mods.
• Delete placeholder civilopedia content on all new units.
• Reverted civ colors back to it's pre-release pallete.
• Tweaked Gyarados' texture to resemble atlas image.
