Thanks to Flinklock's creation of
C3X, custom combat maps can get more interesting with land-sea intersections enabled. I've added new _RIVERS.biq files with an updated map to take advantage of this feature.
To make the ford-able coast-rivers look good, I edited Sn00py's terrain. The new terrain comes in this update, or you can get the terrain by itself
here.
Also, I adjusted the resource ordering to prevent the phantom resource bug.
The rules of the scenario remain the same.
