Rogue's Civarium - Venice (Exploration) 0.19b

Major update as I go through and overhaul my previous civilizations in preparation for more.

- You can now unlock Venice by playing Carthage in the antiquity age. I have plans for a modern age one city civ to get that true one city experience
- Venice's UA has been adjusted: On top of the happiness malus, you can no longer upgrade towns to cities, and Venice has a new unique unit called the "Patrisiato" that founds towns on coasts with +2 extra population.
- Added icons
- Decoupled requirements on Shawnee pack
- Several miscellaneous fixes
Happiness penalty is now properly fixed and applies correctly in all cases. Thanks @toby5am for the bug report!

Patches -
- New unlock requirement for Venice (have 1 settlement with 6 or more coastal tiles)
- Various text localization fixes
- Tentative fix for happiness rendering bug (may not be fixed, still diagnosing)
- Civ intro text now shows up on the loading screen properly

Looking in how to tastefully expand Venice's infrastructure offerings and add a wonder as well. Have some ideas I am currently testing out. Expecting to release those in the next few builds.

Added quotes for all the civics, rather than having duplicate quotes.
Forgive me for all the updates - first civ release, different paradigm from previous civilizations. Was screwing around and realized there wasn't an immediate path to the Modern Age. I added unlocks for France and Prussia in the Modern age if you play Venice. I do plan to diversify this somewhat once I work on some of my other civs (subtle foreshadowing for a modern age Italy...), but for now, this should remove soft-lock potential.
  • Removed some unnecessary files from my initial development (shrinking download size to under 1 MB)
Another small update - added proper Venetian citizen names as opposed to the Shawnee ones that were copied over when I was figuring out how to do this. I'm unsure where in the UI they propagate, but it's fixed now.
I realized I released the mod without many ways to unlock it. You can now unlock Venice through gameplay in the following ways:
  • Play as Machiavelli
  • Play as Rome in the Antiquity Age
  • Play as Greece in the Antiquity Age
  • Have 3 or more coastal settlements (I am looking to change this to have 7 or more coastal tiles in your civ to distinguish from the Chola, but I haven't identified how to do this yet)

Additionally the following bugs have been fixed:
  • Machiavelli will now properly show he unlocks Venice
  • Rome and Greece will now properly show they unlock Venice
  • The game should not crash when running from the antiquity age

Helps if I don't accidentally delete a file when packaging it up for release. Sorry!
