CiV Scout spellcaster animation. Designed to replace the Scout attacks so that effects emit from an outstretched hand instead of the staff. Compatible with my Druid, Gandalf Wizard, and Sorceress units or any spellcaster rig that you want to design that will use CiV Scout animations. Animation and sample .fxsxml and .ftsxml files included; you will need to modify the event codes for the animations you want to change and modify the effects to use the "Base HumanLPalm" bone.
