Mod files rescued from DSquared's Zandanian League backups and repacked in 7zip by Blake. Successfully tested in Civ2 MGE. Also there was no Title.gif so Blake added one for fun.

Stardate 32194.5
Urgent message from starfleet Command. Authorization Jericho:
The Dominion have attacked Federation space. They must be stopped. Eliminate all Jem Hadar ships within proximity of Bajor. You will have help from Deep Space Nine and the Defiant which is stationed there. You will also recieve assistance from a Klingon Taskforce. The Battle for Bajor is in your hands. Good luck!.
These are the first orders in a war that could destroy the Alpha Quadrant. With the Dominion peace treaty with the Romulans the Klingon-Federation alliance is the only thing left to shield the Alpha Quadrant. You must also be very cautious about the Borg Presence in the Delta Quadrant. Although Species 8472 dealt the Borg a weakening Blow. They are still very formidable foes. Resistance is not Futile.
