Sukritact's Civ Selection Screen 6.0

Updated the mod to better support modded Civilizations and Leaders. Unfortunately this necessitate the removal of colored banners and the larger colored civilization icons, though I think it still looks excellent, and dare I say, a more enjoyable way of selecting a leader.

Added comparability for the latest Patch and Australia.

Fixed an issue where Harald appeared twice.

Updated with support for the new Patch and Poland DLC.

The Civ selection screen has now also been redone to match the new Leader Selection screen.
