Also, I have implemented a change to preload constructible icons when the script initializes to maintain performance.
Hotfix for incorrect Building name scaling when High Resolution UI Scaling is turned off. No need to update from Version 10 if you play with it on.
Additional improvements:
- Added potential improvement section for unimproved tiles
- Fixed bug where Urban districts were incorrectly shown as Quarters when the second required building was under construction (it's only a Quarter once both buildings are completed)
- Fiddled with building name spacing/wrapping a bit more to remove rare instances of overlap

Apologies on the flurry of updates today, found one last bug while playing and am going out of town for the weekend, so want to get this in as good shape as possible before I leave.
- Fixed an issue where the tooltip would not appear on a tile with multiple units
- Fixed an issue where the owner of the top unit would be shown as the owner of all units
Minor bugfixes:
- Provided a fallback tooltip icon for Discoverables (technically improvements) as they do not have one of their own.
- Provided a temporary replacement tooltip icon for Villages and Encampments - the provided icon path in the game data does not load anything.

- Fixed Town districts showing "0 of 1 Specialists" - Towns can't have specialists, so no need to show it
