About:
A post apocalypse nuclear winter scenario set on a large world map by Dorian Crede.

Mod files rescued from DSquared's Zandanian League backups and repacked in 7zip by Blake. Successfully tested in Civ2 MGE. Also there was no Title.gif so Blake added one for fun.

v2.0 = Blake added some custom desert apocalypse terrain graphics from Blake's Terminator Future War Remaster scenario. If you don't like them just delete Terrain1.gif and Terrain1.gif as Dorian's original had none at all.

File added to this area as part of Blake's lost scenario/mod files restoration & cataloging project which can be found here:

Original Description/Intro:
In the year 2033 nearly the whole population of the world
was wiped out by the nuclear war between Russia and the USA.
^
The consequences were the so called "nuclear winter" or
completely darkness for months (map is covered); moreover
almost every former big city is now ruled by anarchists (barbarians).
^
Try to rebuild a nation of your choice and make it to the
most powerful one!

The back-to-the-Stone-Age start recalls "After the Apocalypse" from CiC, but on a more even playing field. However, one important difference is the distribution of on-map pollution: there is simply no way to clean up enough fallout in time to prevent catastrophic global warming, rendering the rest of the game a murderous slog through jungle wastes.
