This is a map of the Pacific I made for my WWII: Pacific scenario, based on the Civ 2 and 3 maps. It stretches from eastern India to the American west coast, and from South Australia to the northern expanse of Alaska. Resources have been pre-placed.
It's a Warlords map, but you can use it for regular Civ 4 if you rename the file extension to ".Civ4WorldBuilderSave".
