Removed the dummy all yields part of non-aligned movement and gave +33% yields from city states (which is a policy column) instead
This is gearing up for a change to Autocracy that will remove its (few) diplo bonuses.
Fundamentalism gains an Promotion for Inquisitors: +2 movement and 15% military unit production in City.

Trying to tie together that wide/conquered empire into big faith theme of this tenet with a more unusual bonus. Remove Heresy in your new cities much faster without having to annex near the frontline, and at home you get a boost to troop production. Deus vult.

Improvised Explosive self-damage increase reduced to +3 (from +5)

Not-For-Profits now has +50% Religious Pressure from Trade Routes while the pressure from franchises remains NYI
The mod now includes a lua function that will sometimes reroute the AI to choose Devotion as its Ideology.
This is a random chance based on 1) the Leader's flavors and 2) the number of other people following Devotion (25% more likely per player)
I've tested it but since it's a bit hacky there may be unintended behavior. Please let me know.
For proper integration we would need a DLL rewrite of the hardcoded ideology logic.
in an act of fanaticism, the 64 bit icons had moved off-grid. they will be tried in a religious court.
You may now buy nukes with faith.

Military supply reverted to 33% and then further reduced to +25% after the reduction in the last congress.

Also touched-up some icons with shading and more saturation.
Religious court had no base production cost (!) and a few other flags were not set.

Now also has +4 culture like the other National Wonders do, and the % modifiers are reduced to 5% to match also (and also base yield of +4 faith, not +2 prod)
I suspect the DLL hack is a) not working and b) causing the AI to not pick any ideology when it does trigger
Therefore have switched it off until I can get help on the ideology choice
Now this loads after UCS, hopefully any Faith buildings that are added there will be affected by Theocracy
As promised there are now 2 extra ideology wonders if you are playing with More Wonders

Conquest -- Kashi Vishwanath Temple -- Replaceable Parts -- Requires Devotion. Must be built in a Holy City and on a River. Receive 1 Free Social Policy. +15 Food and Faith when any owned Unit pillages a tile and when you construct a Building in this City, scaling with Era. +6 Culture and Gold once Advanced Ballistics is discovered.

Diplomacy -- Makkah Clock Royal Tower -- Globalization -- Requires Devotion and an Airport in the City. Can only be built in a Holy City while at least 25% of the global population follows your Religion (scaling with map size). Receive 1 Free Social Policy. Receive 1 Additional Delegate in the World Congress for every 400 Gold per turn produced (caps at 25% of all City-States ever alive) and for every 15 Cities following your Religion. Provides a Free Hotel in the City in which it is built.

And then also a fun extra wonder anyone can build. It didn't make the cut.
Culture -- Masjid Ubudiah -- Biology -- Requires a Hospital in the City and a local source of Ivory. When you complete a building from the Modern Era or later, gain 5% of its construction cost as Points towards a Great Artist. +50 Production when you expend a Great Person, scaling with Era.
In place of NYI fantasy DLL, the corporations tenet now turns holy sites into franchises. Great Profit.
Caste System has gone the way of the dodo.
The new Paternalism has a -33% faith cost reduction on missionaries/inquisitors/buildings at tier 1 for all your converting needs -- n.b. if you have religious victory enabled the fealty opener has its discount removed to make this reasonable; if you don't then there's not a whole lot to be gained outside the new buildings in the tree itself.
Anyone could buy them. God has willed it.
Using some old custom mod flags it should now be possible for the AI to choose Devotion as its ideology.
Please let me know if you see it happen, testing it is a nightmare.
