Original Description/Intro:
The date is April, 2654. The Kilrahi-Confederation War has been going
on for almost 20 years now. The recent Pegasus-incident has rendered
both fleets low on cap ships and morale. With quasar jump points now
unnavigable by either side with the loss of the Pegasus AI, Confed's
fleet remains tied up in Sol and the Kilrathi fleet is scattered
across the galaxy.

^Both sides have the opportunity to claim the initiative in the war
with no end in sight to the conflict.
