ETA on fixes for the things this broke? Windowed mode, broken menus, severe animation problems?

I don't suppose there's any way you could just get Steam to roll back to the version that still worked?

The game functions identically to the previous GameSpy version with the exception that the “Direct IP” option has been removed as it is no longer supported.

So they are telling me "no more LAN games with my buddy"?!? No thanks...

what on earth is this supposed to be? an update? My settings have been completely screwed over, windowed mode is gone. Not playable, please roll this back, thanks
