Icons & other graphics are stored in the X:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Sid Meier's Civilization VI\Base\Platforms\Windows\BLPs folder in *.blp files. The blp addin for photoshop does not work to open these files. Do we have a method to open these blp files yet?

In Civ6 all textures and models are stored in .BLP files. Any ideas on how to deal with these files?
