I always found it odd that all land Units can move freely in Desert and Tundra/Snow Tiles, and that without suffering any Consequences. I mean, Desert and Tundra/Snow are really trying Terrains if you're not used to that Climate. And same thing counts also for Jungle/Rainforest.

I liked to play some that I had in Civ5, but currently I prefer to play the R & F and did not find those mod with my waifus and husband, besides the maps and maybe a combat system based on the triangle of weapons. So is anyone currently converting or creating new ones? I want to help doing it...
I'm not sure how to use the ram. Do I have to create a formation with s specific kind of unit (melee, archer, horse, or catapult)? I did not see any difference nor any bonus for the ram?.
