When capturing a city while playing as Alexander if you choose to build a wonder right away you get all your units all across the map healed . I believe it suppose to heal your units if the city contains a completed wonder not if you start a wonder in it 
. Happened to me twice with 2 consecutive cities so i dont believe it was a freak occurrence. The first time it happened I conquered the scythian capital which was building the Stonehenge and seeing it was a good place to build it I chose to build it in the same place myself. Second time it happened the city(Bradford) wasnt building any wonders and I used the Hanging Gardens to get the same effect then switched to building a Monument .
Marathon/Prince/Huge/Fractal/24 CS/Standard number of Civs for this map size.
