As the title says I conquered/liberated Toronto from za germans with a Hetairoi unit that had a Great General attached to it. Next turn I was able to move my Hetairoi from the main district but the general was stuck there. When I try to move him I get a red circle on all surrounding hexes. I assume declaring war would fix this but ... i liberated it for the free envoys not to lose them to a stupid bug. On a sidenote why the bell do you sometimes get your units kicked out of a liberated and „suzerained” CSs teritory and sometimes they remain in their place ?
