[1.0.0.129] Range Units extra shots

On my last game, my Field Cannon was able to shoot twice (after the promotion) EVEN when I had no more movement points left AND also after moving. The promotion says "double shoot when unit hasn't move"

I also had a problem with a Bombard which was abe to shoot imediately after moving, in the same turn, without the adequate promotion.

I'm using MOAR units Mod
