+2 Production toward building units in the capital does not work. It does not display as a production modifier in the hammer-tooltip, and it isn't only a visual issue because it is not adding the hammers.
Edit!! It appears as i reloaded the save, the production bonus actually displays correctly and works!! This is really weird. I guess that is a bug in on itself then...? I am 100% sure it was not counting the bonus before reloading the save.
It keeps happening everytime you finish a unit and start producing the next one. I suspect it can be reproduced with any kind of such production bonus. Saving and reloading seems to fix the issue.
My guess is that, like with many other things, the tooltips and everything simply do not update. Ending turn and looking at the tooltip again should also fix the issue, if that is the case.
