Can't get rid of the notification in the lower right corner. No mods used. Right-clicking, reloading or proceeding to next turn and trying right-clicking again doesn't work. Sometimes the notification that's stuck will change to another one, but there's always one that just won't go away. Playing as a team with another human player, and the AIs are playing as teams, too, if it makes any difference.
Also, the way that players get contact with an AI is inconsistent. E.g. player 1 meets Arabia and immediately gets contact with Arabia's teammate, Greece. Player 2 meets Arabia, but no contact with Greece. Player 2 then meets a member of another team, Spain, and now somehow gets in contact with Greece as well.

Oh man, I'm seriously ******** (I mean, I have intellectual and developmental difficulties). Actually, that save file wasn't where I noticed the issue the first time, but you helped me realize what the problem was. Inconsistency. Sometimes you have to right-click, sometimes left-click the same notifications for something to happen, which probably got me confused. It kind of makes sense when dealing with AI players and you get an actual negotiation screen/them telling you something, but when you (or another human player) e.g. cancel negotiations on a deal, the other player gets a notification of this and right-clicking on it does nothing - left-clicking makes it go away and nothing else (no leader screen with deal items etc.). Couldn't it just work like in single player mode? If not, at least tell the players that the rules are different when playing hot seat.
