I found this by chance.
The game play looks normal. It seems to be just an error of text coding.
I didn't test all languages but found that civilopedia in Korean version has an error in it, about Korean UA ironically
Unlike English, French and Japanese version, +1 science is noted instead of +1 food, for farms adjacent to Seowon.
