[R&F] [1.0.0.262] Units heal completely in one turn sometimes [bug]

I can't get the system when it definitely happens but from time to time units heal completely in one turn. The same bug happened in previous patches also.
Below you can see like Ngao Mbeba completely heals from almost dead red state in one turn. It seems like it heals 5 times instead of 1.
