[GS] [1.0.0.290]CS's luxury BUG (Fixed)

Spoiler BUG details :

I'm the suzerain of the GRANADA.
As picture 1 and 2, I have no ivory, and GRANADA provide 1 to me.
As picture 3 and 4, the ivory is pillaged, but GRANADA provide 2 instead of 0 to me.
As picture 5 and 6, after I repaired the camp, GRANADA provide 3 ivory to me.

In a nutshell, when CS's luxury resources are pillaged, this kind of luxury provide one more instead of one less.

Yes, that's not new, but in GS strategic resources have been changed so there is only Luxury resources left in this bug.

Ah. *that* explains how I have 10 turtles in my current game. I was just about to post something about this. One CS, 2 sources, both pillaged when I looked at it.

Should be fixed per patch notes:

• Correct exploit where player could receive duplicate Luxuries by trading it away, removing the improvement, then rebuilding it for a duplicate copy.
