Have a game where I'm in Industrial Era. Building Petra and Hermitage at the moment in the save I've included in question. Both my France +20% for building an Industrial Wonder bonus isn't working on Hermitage that is being built in Palenque and the Skyscraper card which says it should give +15% to all wonders. Also the +15% Skyscraper card isn't working on Petra which is being built in another city.

In both cases when I hover over the cities in question I don't seem to be getting the production bonus.

EDIT: Mods can remove I guess. Haven't test the card.

Eh, it's working. It's just not obvious.

When you have a +X% bonus to wonders effect, that gets applied straight to the production time. It doesn't show up in the calculations if you hover on your city and look at your hammers.

But go ahead and test it. Swapping in and out the Policy card that gives you wonder production. Or gaining/losing Brussels' bonus. Or Monument to the Gods pantheon. When that happens you will see the # of turns change, even though it's not obvious based on the tool tip. It's also easier to see on Marathon and Epic, as opposed to Quick (when it might not be as noticeable).

Did napkin math, you are right, but damn that's annoying that it's not in the tooltip.

It's been like this since Vanilla, so I guess I'm just sort of used to it. I did find it annoying when I first started playing Civ VI, oh so many years ago.

I only just notice because I was 1) playing France and 2) they changed the policy card to be less specific.
