When constructing buildings or wonders, the tooltip tells you what is currently being built when you hover mouse over a city on the map.
However, this is not the case for Projects, which instead show the most recent Building or Wonder that was in production.
(It is blank when the game first loads.)
In the save file, there are four cities, Tokyo, Changan, Celeucia, and Guiyang, with projects in progress.
You can check this by constructing different buildings and changing the queue.
