There are two Civics effects and one Tradition that appear to not be functional or at least not working as expected:

First off is The Telakiki Mastery effect that is supposed to give +1 CS per level of Positive War Support on the UU. This seems to not be working correctly - as I understand it, the one with lower war support gets a negative modifier ("-x War Weariness") for each level. Assuming that the Shawnee effect is "+x War Support", it looks like it is being applied to both sides, negating its effects.
Spoiler :

With 1, 2, or 3 levels of war support in the Shawnee's favor:

Then for reference, this is a combat summary with 1 level of war support with a different civ:

There was also an issue with the Wiyehi Simekofi Mastery effect granting +1 Culture on Mawaskawe Skote improvements. This did not take effect the entire age despite having multiple suzerainties.

Lastly, the Kakawfe Pafkotaweta Tradition did appear to work (but it's not clear from the tooltip how it is supposed to work). I had multiple instances of flooding on the Damietta River in Waset boosting tiles with this policy slotted in, and not once did it affect the yields on the tile, which is how I assumed it would work. If it doesn't work like this and gives just a bonus global +1 culture and +2 gold for each instance of an environmental event providing fertility, then that should be shown, since it's impossible to tell as the flooding happens on turn transition. If that's the case, it is also unclear whether this effect would supposed to be from fertility events only in your empire or anywhere on the map.

Just had a quick look, but haven't tested theories or applied any fixes yet:
  1. Telwatiki Mastery. Everything looks ok. I'd say the problem is in the initialization/implementation of game effect EFFECT_ADJUST_UNIT_WAR_SUPPORT_COMBAT_STRENGTH which is not used anywhere else in the game as far as I can tell. I can't see it in my gameplay database either.
  2. Wiyehi Simekofi Mastery. Looks like they haven't implemented the modifier correctly to attach based on suzerainty.
  3. Kakawfe Pafkotaweta Tradition. Everything looks ok except for typo "EFFECT_PLAYER_ADJUST_YIELD_FROM_DISTATERS" which is consistent throughout. Could be that the problem is the typo. If so, it should also being affecting Hawaii's Mana bonus.

Plus one on the Mawaskawe Skote not granting culture. Presumably the other effects are also bugged in my game, but I can't check currently:

For me Kakawfe Pafkotaweta Tradition was also not working (past 1.1.0 patch). Both for floods and vulcano outbreaks only food and production was modified. As already mentioned If the bonus is just once and not per turn, then it hast to be clearly stated.

Kakawfe Pafkotaweta Tradition for me seems to behaving as I'd have expected it to based on the text and how Hawai'i works.

I did some testing and it didn’t seem like any of the above issues changed in the 1.1.0 patch.

Interesting, where do you see the yields? Hope you are able to get the other effects working properly in the mod soon. Help us, PoundedChicken, you’re our only hope! :D

There doesn't seem to be a way to see them - that i know of - since its a global effect. Even recent mod that shows values for policies can't seem to gwnerate and display the bonus, Only way to check is the culture per turn before/after slotting and unslotting. I checked using Hawai'i first. The bonus is very specific. You get the boost for each time a disaster occurs AND tiles a fertilized. Note though that if 2 tiles are fertilized its not 2x the bonus. It's just one event that lead to fertilization in general.

Ah, so if I understand you properly, it’s a global yield per turn for the culture and gold. Thanks for clearing that up.:)

Ah I See. The game needs much more and better communication with the Players. 🤔
