[GS] [1.0.0.328] Before building Fishing Boats, +2 false production is predicted

Before building Fishing Boats on a tile with 2 production (from the Auckland city-state - I was in the Industrial Era, so received +2 production in shallow water tiles), +2 production is predicted when hovering over the Create Fishing Boats button (which is a bug - no more production is added).
I had a similar experience with wrong predictions in the late game - when building Seasteads or Wind Farms or something - I'll try to specify later.
