1.0.0.328 No Natural Wonders in Seven Seas?

I did a standard size multiplayer Seven Seas map and only 3 natural wonders showed up on the entire map. I could not find a natural wonder until information era when I found my first one (Galapagos Islands), then discovered the other two after I launched my earth satellite.

I am guessing that the Seven Seas seed is bugged and not seeding natural wonders correctly.
