I'm playing as Trajan, latest patch, no mods. I built Legions in a city with Barracks and Armory, experience boosts are showing in the tool tips, but the troops are not receiving experience boots. I attach save file. I have only built Legions so far, so not sure if this is troop specific.

Looks wonky. Your barracks/armory trained Legions are earning +3XP from assaulting a Scottish city. To test, I bought a Legion in a city without barracks or armory and it too earned +3 XP from city assault. Further, a unit is supposed to get +10 XP plus any relevant percentage bonus when taking a city -- here, all Legions get +10 XP regardless of whether they have the barracks and armory bonuses. Finally, when a barracks/armory trained Legion attacks and kills a Scottish warrior, it earns +4XP. Same for the newly bought Legion.
