[1.0.0.38] - Exit escort formation crashes game

I was able to replicate this repeatedly: I had a knight and a battering ram together in escort formation. I moved them together 2 squares into enemy territory, and then exited their formation. I believe the cause of the crash is that the knight still had moves left but the battering ram didn't. Each time I clicked on the "Exit escort formation" button to be able to use my knight, the game crashed. I am on a Macbook Pro running El Capitan version 10.11.6.

I had related problem. Spearman who escorted settler attacked enemy (formation didn't move before). but game didn't crash, after exit formaton settler simply lost his movement points

I think this was an issue on versions prior to the latest patch. It happened to me to. But after the latest patch I have not had this problem.
