[1.0.0.56] Regional effect from Industrial Zone not work (Not a Bug)

I'm the suzerain of Toronto so IZ regional effect should be 9 tiles.
Since the 1.0.0.56 patch, a city center only receive regional effect from 1 other IZ.
So far I have:
Olympia is 6 tiles away from Krossos' IZ
Sparta is 9 tiles away from Krossos and Rhodes' IZs
Mycenae is more than 9 tiles from other city IZ (and do not receive any effect, right?)
But why Mycenae have almost the same production? That mean Olympia and Sparta did not receive any production from IZ regional effect?

Maybe I'm wrong but I don't understand why the bonus do not take effect.

Everything appears to working properly. You can only receive 1 Factory bonus and 1 Power Plant bonus in any city -- it can come for that city's own Factory or Power Plant, or as a regional effect from a neighboring Factory or Poer Plant (ordinarily within 6 tiles, but extended to 9 tiles by Toronto), but you don't get both. That's why it is unnecessary to build Factories and Power Plants in every city -- build them in centrally located cities, where their regional effects can have the most impact on neighboring cities, allowing you to divert production in those neighboring cities to other uses.

Olympia and Sparta both have their own Industrial Zones, with Factories and Power Plants, so they get no regional effects from Factories or Power Plants in neighboring cities. In contrast, if you look at the tooltip for Knossos's production, you will see that it is receiving +4 production from Power Plant -- it has no Power Plant of its own; it is receiving the benefits of the regional effects of Olympia's Power Plant (the only PP within 9 tiles of Knossos). Akhetaten is 10 tiles away from Knossos' IZ and therefore does not receive any regional effects from Knossos' Factory.

wow, thank for the explanation. I thought each city would receive production from its own IZ buildings AND from 1 other IZ. So my tactic was wrong to complete all IZ buildings asap.
