[1.0.0.56] Trading artifacts goes to wrong museum

TL;DR: Trading artifacts makes it really hard to fill archaeological museums.

Here's what I did:
1. Have two archaeological museums, one full of artifacts ("museum A"), one empty ("museum B").
2. Trade one of those artifacts with another civilization in exchange for one of their artifacts.
At this point, I expected the traded artifact to go into museum A. Instead, it went into museum B, leaving an empty slot in museum A. I thought maybe in this situation I'd be able to build another archaeologist in museum A's city. I could not.
3. Build an archaeologist in museum B's city.
4. Harvest two more artifacts.
At this point, I expected the archaeologist to stick around, since he'd only harvested two artifacts. But his museum was full, so he vanished. The net result was that my two museums had only five artifacts between them, and I couldn't get another archaeologist to fill the empty slot.

I'd suggest fixing this by ensuring that artifacts received in diplomatic trade fill the same slot as any traded-away artifact first.
