[1.0.0.574] Unit Tile Swapping Bug

When you attempt to swap tiles with another unit, if one of the units can't make it to the destination the other unit will still move off of its original tile to a random location. This also causes units which aren't supposed to stack to do so.

Also, if I start with the injured marine first and try to move him to the healthy marine's tile, the injured one will share the tile with the gunner and the healthy marine will move off of his original tile as well.
