I have Flight researched so each CH should add Tourism equal to the Faith output. I have placed 7 of them in the city and the tooltip at the top still shows the same amount of tourism from cities as before placing them.
Yet those CHs are recognized by the game on the tile level because the Tourism lens show them properly. Also, Report Screen, which also counts tourism by checking the city tile by tile, sees them.
However, toppanel uses Player:GetStats():GetTourism(), the same as Victory window, and it is not there, so i don't know if this Tourism actually matters or not.
Also, switched off UI mods to make sure I get vanilla readings. Not using any improvement altering mods.
