[1.0.1.674] Blackscreen after starting the game

Hello,
My Problem is the following: Every time I start CivV since the update, there's only a blackscreen for about half an hour, then I usually close it via Taskmanager.
I tried reparing, reinstalling and there are no mdmp files.
I attached my dxdiag.
