[1.0.1 Patch 3] civ info not showing on game loading screen

Not much to add except the screenshot. It happened consistently once I switched to Prussia for the modern age. Latest save file attached.

I had the same exact thing (same leader and civ).

Can confirm this happening for Prussia on my end, though I had chosen Lafayette as the leader.

Exactly same.
In case of Japan, Zero does not appear on loading screen.
Not only loading screen, you can see Prussian unique infra is not introduced in diplomacy UI. It shows only unique units.
