[GS] [1.0.2.39] No production boost for wonders

I am running the Gothic Architecture policy (+15% production for wonders) and am suzerain of Brussels (+15% production for wonders), but I don't see any additional production for my wonders.

I am playing as Kupe on a large archipelago map, immortal difficulty.

The bonus appears as “less turns to complete”, I don’t think it ever shows anything in the tooltip.
Weird design.
Check the timers anyway.

Oh, weird. I switched my civics and yea, the build time increased. That's a confusing way of handling it. But ok, no bug.
